Chest-The
basics are still great
Don't
forget the flat dumbbell chest press
The technique:
1. feet flat and even yourself on the bench
2. start with dumbbells even at the outside of your shoulders
3. exhale as you raise them upwards
4. bring the dumbbells together at the top (you may twist them "palm
together" if you wish)
5. focus on squeezing the chest
Push-ups Are An Excellent Upper Body
Developer

Use a variety of positions for more complete development of the
chest, shoulders, and triceps! finger tip push-ups (finger tip &
grip strength) on a riser (step) (lower chest) close grip (center
of chest)
Other options can include:
* elevating the feet * turning your finger in * turning your fingers
out
*
doing partial movements * using a chair * moving your hands lower
towards your hips
* moving your hands higher towards your head
Chest-Refinement and Definition with
the Cable Cross Over
The cable cross over is an excellent exercise for finishing a chest
routine. It doesn't build mass like heavy bench press will. It does
increase definition and separation between the pectorals. Make sure
your elbows remain up as you go back for the stretch. Don't rock
your torso back and forth. Extend completely, but don't lock out
your elbows. Feel the stretch at the beginning, as well as the squeeze
at the end. Exhale as you squeeze
